Because we intentionally limit our cohort to 12 students, every seat is vital to the program's integrity. This program requires advance payments to transportation providers and activity vendors to secure the elite experiences your student will enjoy.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Our Financial Commitment.
Because we intentionally limit our cohort to 12 students, every seat is vital to the program's integrity. This program requires advance payments to transportation providers and activity vendors to secure the elite experiences your student will enjoy.
The Deposit: Non-Refundable. Reserves your student’s spot and triggers immediate vendor payments.
75+ Days Before Start: Partial Refund. Balance is refundable, minus any non-recoverable vendor costs already paid.
74–45 Days Before Start: Conditional Refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend entirely on whether the reserved space can be filled by a replacement student.
44 Days or Less: Non-Refundable. The expedition becomes fully non-refundable due to prepaid travel and logistics expenses.
Weather & Safety:
We operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather (e.g., Hurricane warning), a full program credit will be issued for future sessions.
Absences & Arrivals:
Refunds are not issued for missed days, late arrivals, or a student's choice to opt out of scheduled experiences.
Behavioral Removal:
If a student is dismissed for conduct violations, parents are responsible for all return expenses. No refunds are provided for unused days.
Program Cancellation:
If canceled by the organizer, families receive a refund minus non-recoverable vendor fees. Cancellations due to external factors follow vendor-specific policies.
