Teacher-led outdoor experiences that help teens build confidence, friendships, leadership, and independence—one adventure at a time.
Unplugged Outdoor Co. offers small-group, phone-free adventures for teens ages 12–16 across South Florida. Through kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, outdoor exploration, art, and hands-on challenges, teens build confidence, independence, communication skills, and real friendships—while having fun away from screens.
What Parents Should Know

SMALL COHORT: Max 12 students per session. 1:6 teacher-to-student ratio.
SAFETY FIRST: Led by Florida-certified professional educators with advanced safety protocols for every expedition.
ADMISSION FEES: state parks, museums, sanctuaries,
FLEXIBILITY: South Florida weather shifts fast. Activities may pivot, but equivalent high-quality experiences are always provided.
GEAR PROVIDED: Kayaks, bicycles, snorkeling and activity equipment when applicable.
LUNCH: Students bring a pre-packed meal + water or purchase food on site. 30 minutes will be scheduled for lunch options midday.
