2026 Expedition Series
This authorization is a mandatory component of the 2026 Expedition Series admissions file.
Please ensure all medical and contact data is accurate to facilitate a smooth verification process.
TRIP CONSENT & LIABILITY WAIVER:

Participant Consent: By signing, I, the legal parent/guardian, authorize my student to participate in all scheduled activities of the Unplugged Outdoor 2026 Expedition Series, including but not limited to 15-mile cycling, mangrove kayaking, and marine snorkeling. I agree that participation is voluntary.

Inherent Risks & Release of Liability: I acknowledge and understand that outdoor activities carry inherent risks of injury, including environmental and travel-related incidents. Organizers and licensed providers are not financially or legally responsible for injuries arising from these risks or from student behavior.

Medical Authorization & Responsibility: In an emergency, I authorize supervising adults to seek immediate professional medical care for my student. I assume full financial responsibility for all related medical and emergency return expenses.

Code of Conduct Agreement: I confirm that I have reviewed the 'Standard of the Cohort' Code of Conduct with my student and we both agree to abide by these standards, including the phone policy and expectations for grit and respect.
